The Bureau shall undertake the following tasks:

• Formulation of corporate contracts

• Issuing licenses of institutions, companies and foreign investment licenses

• Founding companies

• Trademark registration

• Review the Ministry of Trade and follow up transactions in all governmental and private bodies

• Providing legal and legal advice

• Property Management

• Liquidation of companies and cancellation of corporate licenses
