The judicial organization of the Kingdom is based on the introduction of the dual judicial system, which consists of two independent judicial bodies that adjudicate disputes, one of which is the general Court, which is competent to adjudicate disputes between individuals, and the other is the administrative Court, which is competent to adjudicate in Disputes that arise between individuals and the direction of the authorities to list the regulations.
